While our long-term goal is to have a licensed counsellor on staff, we currently do not have one. However, we do offer addiction resources through a licensed SMART Recovery Facilitator who can sit with you, provide sobriety tools, and help you break down and solve your barriers to sobriety and mental well-being. Additionally, our team includes multiple staff members with degrees in psychology, sociology, and theology who can provide further support. For those seeking professional counselling, please visit our Resources page for a list of Calgary Area and online counseling services. If you're outside the Calgary area, feel free to reach out to our team, and we will do our best to assist you. For more information, check our frequently asked questions or explore our mind and meaning addiction support options.

There is a fee for the newsletter and sobriety coaching on a sliding scale, which helps cover almost all of our current overhead and expansion plans. For those seeking addiction resources or have questions, our newsletter and coaching sessions can provide valuable support. If you would like to contribute to our cause, sign up for the newsletter or pay for a sobriety coaching session, please see the Contributions page for more information on how we offer mind and meaning addiction support.
